Terms of Use — Panchang: Hindu Calendar

By using Panchang: Hindu Calendar (“the app”), published by Gaurav Jeet Singh, you agree to these terms.

The service

The app computes Hindu calendar information (tithi, nakshatra, muhurat, festival dates and related timings) for the location you choose, using high-precision astronomical calculations and established panchang methodology (described in the app’s Methodology screen). Timings are provided for religious and informational use. While accuracy is the app’s core commitment, calculations can differ between traditions and sources; consult your own religious authority for observances where the exact moment is critical to you.

Subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual; the annual plan may include a free trial). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Android: manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• iOS: manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Unused trial portions are forfeited on purchase where the store’s rules say so. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple per their policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its data feeds. Ad fraud (automated or incentivized ad interaction) is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are ours or licensed to us. City data © GeoNames.org, used under CC BY 4.0; timezone data from the IANA tz database.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on computed timings, service interruptions, or store-side billing issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
